We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak season (November–April). However, we occasionally have last-minute availability — reach out and we'll check.
It starts with a free consultation call where we discuss your vision, dates, and group size. If it's a fit, we send a custom proposal. A $1,000 deposit is all it takes to lock in your dates. From there, 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days before your retreat, and the final balance is settled on your day of arrival — simple, flexible, and designed to make planning easy.
Absolutely! We offer complimentary site visits for serious inquiries. We'll arrange your stay and give you the full ZÁRIA experience so you can see exactly what your guests will enjoy.
Yes! We provide marketing support including professional photos of the venue, a landing page template, and promotion to our community of wellness seekers. We want your retreat to succeed as much as you do.
Our kitchen team is experienced with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. We'll collect dietary info from your guests in advance and customize every meal.
Yes, we have reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property. That said, many retreat leaders choose to create a 'digital detox' experience — and the jungle setting makes that easy to embrace.

Getting There
Fly into El Catey International Airport (AZS) — just 30 minutes away. We also arrange transfers from Santo Domingo (SDQ), about 2.5 hours by car through beautiful countryside. All airport transfers are included in your retreat package.
